Renting party supplies from Party Play Rentals is simple and stress-free. Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of event essentials, including tables, chairs, linens, décor, and more. Once you’ve selected the items you need, add them to your cart, and complete checkout in just a few steps.  Double-check your date, and once the deposit is submitted, your date is locked in!

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure the best availability for your chosen experience. For popular seasons, holidays, or high-demand event weekends, reserving 6 weeks or more is encouraged. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated, subject to availability, up to 10 days prior to your event. If your celebration is coming up sooner, please reach out by email or phone, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

If you need to cancel or change dates - you must notify us as soon as possible prior to your event. A change of dates is based on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by speaking directly with a Party Play Rentals representative during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Voicemails, text messages, or emails will not be sufficient for changes or cancellations. Messages received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Cancellations are not recognized until confirmed by a Party Play Rentals representative. 

- If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the deposit will be fully refunded, minus a $50 payment processing fee.

- If the booking is cancelled between 15 and 20 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus $50 payment processing fee.

- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event, the deposit will be non-refundable.  A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Party Play reservation.  Party Play Rentals will make every effort to reschedule your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.  Credits will be issued for cancellations made in advance and will be valid for up to 6 months (e-mail or call us to book rescheduled events).

Cancellations made on or within 24 hours of service or delivery, prior to arrival, for non-weather-related reasons, are not eligible for a refund and will incur a $50 restocking fee.

If setup has begun or equipment has been delivered, no cancellations or credits will be allowed, and full payment will be required.

In the event that party rental items are damaged, stained, or become non-working for any reason during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements.

We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

We closely monitor the weather in the lead up to your event and will update you if there is anything on the horizon that may impact your event. For the safety of all our guests, experiences including Outdoor Movie and Golf Par-Tee (unless an indoor alternative is available) will not go ahead in extreme weather (rain/wind).  We do this in complete consultation with you and with the safety and enjoyment of you, your family, and guests in mind.

While Party Play Rentals strives to accommodate weather-related concerns, the Customer assumes responsibility for assessing weather conditions before the delivery date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather. However, payments made will be retained as a credit (raincheck) valid for up to 6 months from the original event date. If the weather is deemed unsafe on the day of delivery, Party Play Rentals reserves the right to cancel, with the same credit policy applied.

With the exception of our Golf Par-Tee Simulator package and Outdoor Movie Nights Styled package, all pricing is designed with convenient DIY pickup in mind, though delivery to your home or event venue is available for an added level of ease.
