Reserving with Party Play Rentals is simple and stress-free. Start by browsing our inventory of event experiences and party must-haves, including tables, chairs, linens, décor, yard games, and more. Once you’ve selected the items you need, add them to your cart and complete checkout in just a few quick steps.
Before submitting, double-check your event date and details. Once your payment is received, your reservation is secured, and your date is officially locked in. From there, Party Play Rentals takes care of helping you bring the fun to your celebration!

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure the best availability for your chosen experience. For popular seasons, holidays, or high-demand event weekends, reserving 6 weeks or more is encouraged. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated, subject to availability, up to 10 days prior to your event. If your celebration is coming up sooner, please reach out by email or phone, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

At Party Play Rentals, we understand that plans sometimes change. Because our inventory is reserved specifically for your event date, the following cancellation policy applies.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking and serves as a deposit to reserve your event date and equipment.Rescheduling
If you need to change your event date, please notify us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation Notice Requirements
All cancellations or date change requests must be made by speaking directly with a Party Play Rentals representative during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Voicemails, text messages, or emails do not constitute cancellation until confirmed by a Party Play Rentals representative. Messages received outside of business hours will be addressed the next business day.Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Because your items are reserved exclusively for your event date, the following refund schedule applies:
• 21 days or more before the event:
Full refund minus a $50 administrative and payment processing fee.• 15–20 days before the event:
50% refund of the total booking amount OR Party Play Rentals may issue an event credit valid for 6 months, which may be applied toward a future booking.• 14 days or less before the event:
No refund will be issued. However, Party Play Rentals may issue an event credit valid for 6 months, which may be applied toward a future booking.Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or service, for non-weather-related reasons, are not eligible for refunds and may incur a $50 restocking fee.
Delivery or Setup in Progress
If equipment has already been delivered or setup has begun, cancellations are no longer permitted and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Weather Policy
Party Play Rentals will work with customers to reschedule outdoor events impacted by severe weather whenever possible. Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability.

In the event that party rental items are damaged, stained, or become non-working for any reason during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements.
We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

We closely monitor the weather in the lead up to your event and will update you if there is anything on the horizon that may impact your event. For the safety of all our guests, experiences including Outdoor Movie and Golf Par-Tee (unless an indoor alternative is available) will not go ahead in extreme weather (rain/wind). We do this in complete consultation with you and with the safety and enjoyment of you, your family, and guests in mind.
While Party Play Rentals strives to accommodate weather-related concerns, the Customer assumes responsibility for assessing weather conditions before the delivery date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather. However, payments made will be retained as a credit (raincheck) valid for up to 6 months from the original event date. If the weather is deemed unsafe on the day of delivery, Party Play Rentals reserves the right to cancel, with the same credit policy applied. -
We strive to offer flexible pricing and options for every budget. Rental items are priced for self-pick-up and return.
Delivery and pick‑up before and after your event are also available within a 15‑mile radius. Add the Delivery & Pick‑Up service to your cart to schedule. Delivery fees may apply for other rentals or for set‑up/tear‑down services.
Please note: Party Play Experiences, Golf Par‑Tee, and Movie Nights Styled rentals include local delivery in the rental price.
