With this bundle, you can customize your setup by selecting from our curated collection of serving pieces, including:
Chafing dishes (limit 2), drink dispensers (acrylic (limit 2) or crystal (limit 1)), cake stands, riser sets, tiered displays, platters, plates, boards, baskets, bowls, and vases.

To reserve your preferred items, please contact Party Play at [email protected]  prior to or immediately after booking. Selections are subject to availability and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A Party Play representative will confirm availability and finalize your selections.

Final changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to your event, based on availability.

Recommended Core Set-up (8-12 Pieces) on a 6 to 8ft Table or Counter

• (1) Tiered stand (2–3 tier) → sandwiches or desserts
• (1) Medium riser set (6 included) → focal item (cupcakes / sliders/floral vase/drink dispenser)
• (1-2) Low platters/Bowls (12–16”) → meats, fruit, wraps
• (1) Chafing dish (optional) → hot item (meatballs, dips)
• (1) Drink dispenser OR small cart nearby
• (1) Centerpiece (keep low if food-heavy)

• Keep center open or slightly elevated
• Use odd numbers (3, 5, 7 items visually grouped)
• Don’t overcrowd—leave breathing space
