What services does Party Play’s Movie Night provide?

Party Play provides a complete outdoor movie theater experience, including the movie screen, projector, speakers, and lounge seating.

What is the recommended start time?

For the best viewing experience, we recommend starting after sunset or when daylight has dimmed. Projection brightness may be reduced in daylight.

What happens on event day?

A Party Play team member will arrive 45 minutes to 2 hours before the rental window to complete setup and styling.

Take-down will occur 15–30 minutes after the rental window ends.

What should I do before setup?

Please ensure:

• The setup area is clear and accessible
• An electrical outlet is available
• Wi-Fi connection is available for streaming (if needed)

If electricity is unavailable, a portable generator can be added to your rental package.

Weather Policy

If rain or high winds are expected and conditions are unsafe, you may choose to:

• Reschedule your event, or
• Receive a full refund

Food & Drink Policy

To protect equipment, please keep food and drinks away from the projector and sound system.

Pets & Smoking

For safety and cleanliness:

• Pets should not be near the seating or equipment
• Smoking is not permitted near the setup

Cleanup

Clients are responsible for general trash cleanup, while Party Play handles all equipment removal and breakdown.
